**** As a Customer Service Associate, you will take inbound calls to field customers concerns and questions, with a focus on processing and researching customer orders using our SAP computer system. This person may at times make outbound calls to proactively receive orders as well as complete research about the progress of an order. This person will make every effort to research and solve customer issues.

Will work closely with other departments to find answers and facilitate a complete solution. The focus will be to use product knowledge, customer service tools, and acquired sales skills to effectively service each customer in a professional manner.
** In particular, you will:
*** Provide excellent customer service to our key accounts
* Develop knowledge and provide support for the sale of industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding supplies and related equipment to customers
* Advise customers on equipment and materials needed and procedures to follow to complete tasks they wish to perform.
* Arranges for delivery of cylinders and hard-goods.## ________________________## ## Are you a MATCH?
**** Required Qualifications
***** Customer service or sales experience.
* Computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of computer order entry systems.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Demonstrated problem solving abilities with a follow up to completion focus.
* Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
* Ability to occasionally lift 25 - 80 lbs.,
* Ability to occasionally work overtime
**** Preferred Qualifications
***** Sales or customer service for welding equipment and processes.
* Some experience in handling compressed gases.
