Proposed hiring rate of $18.50 to $20.40+, adjusted based on experience. Commission in addition to hourly wages, details provided during the interview. Commission paid out within 30 days following the period in which sales were consumed.

Seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Discount programs available for food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.

Central Reservations Agent is a fast‑paced sales and customer service role focused on booking resort services and lodging accommodations. The position offers opportunities for advancement and a seasonal work environment with a complimentary Copper season pass.

• Take inbound calls for free independent travelers, group reservations, and wholesalers.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of Copper Mountain and partnering products.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and maintain acceptable attendance.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Offer package components on every opportunity and maintain an above‑average conversion percentage.
• Make outbound calls to existing client base for incremental sales.
• Provide world‑class service to all guests.
• Deeply understand lodging inventory, sales and service techniques, systems, and procedures.
• Assist with special projects and/or tasks when needed.
• Create relationships with guests and maintain a positive phone presence.

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, customer service, and sales skills.
• Team‑work orientation and ability to work in an office environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and ability to use multiple software applications simultaneously.

Seasonal employees begin at the summer opening date and conclude at the summer closing date. Depending on performance, employees may be considered for a year‑round position.
