Thrive Inventory is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help customers onboard, adopt, and thrive with our inventory, purchasing, and analytics platform. You’ll guide customers via email, chat, phone, and virtual meetings to ensure success at every stage of their journey.
You will build relationships, educate users on features and best practices, troubleshoot issues, and relay feedback to Product and Engineering to maximize value and retention.
