Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments according to SB&D procedures;
Prepare items for shipment and verify information against invoices and purchase orders;
Unpack incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and record shortages;
Maintain shipping materials and communicate with shippers/customers to resolve damages or shortages;
Handle customer service interactions at the counter and via phone; assist CSR during peak hours
