Imperial Brady has a Customer Care Specialist opportunity available in Denver, CO
! The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. This role manages customer account setup and maintenance, supports online ordering systems, and serves as a key point of contact with Network Services.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $20.25 per hour + Bonus Final date to receive applications: August 3, 2026 Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers and internal Sales teams to verify and update account information
  • Set up, maintain, and update customer accounts in P21
  • Ensure new customer onboarding is completed accurately and efficiently before launch date
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely account setup and support customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal departments on customer-related projects and initiatives
  • Process customer account changes as requested
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across customer accounts and programs
  • Perform routine audits to identify and correct account or data discrepancies
  • Assist customers with online account access and ordering platform issues
  • Provide training and guidance on customer systems and processes as needed
  • Route Network customer communications and requests to the appropriate internal teams
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of data entry experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software
