Customer Support Specialist – In‑person, Denver (80238). Shift: 9:30 am – 6 pm, Monday‑Friday.
Role SummaryThe Customer Support Specialist has cross‑functional duties within the organization. This person will answer customer calls and email inquiries, support customer integrations, account setup, and management. The role also interacts greatly with a network of Occupational Health Clinic vendors, collection facilities, and laboratories in coordinating and maintaining vendor services and drug screening results. The department is critical for supporting the customers using the i3screen platform.
The position requires knowledge of Department of Transportation drug screening regulations and customers’ drug‑free workplace policies, high‑level attention to detail, customer service, document management, data entry, and organization.
- Communicate and respond to all customer email requests and handle incoming and outgoing calls promptly with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Assist with department projects and process improvement.
- Account setup, account changes, and coordination of collection site matches.
- Perform customer training on procedures and operating tools.
- Complete daily tasks as assigned.
- Meet established benchmarks as assigned by management.
- Facilitate the drug testing process for the donor and client.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Ability to work 9:30 am to 6 pm, Monday‑Friday.
- Intermediate skill in Google Workspace.
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills relating to staff members and customers.
- Ability to multitask.
- Phone and email etiquette.
- Consistency in productivity and performance.
- Team player.
Preferred Experience
- Customer service – 1 year.
- Client accounts management – 1 year.
- Call center – 1 year.
- Experience in the drug testing industry.

$19.50 – $23 per hour. Pay will not be below any applicable local minimum wage.
