Resident Relations Specialist

We're hiring a Renewal Support Specialist to join our centralized operations team in the Denver Tech Center. In this fully onsite role (5 days/week) in the Denver Tech Center, you'll support the resident lifecycle by managing renewals, notices, and key administrative processes that keep communities running smoothly.

What You Will Do
  • Manage the lease renewal process (generate offers, prepare lease documents, finalize paperwork)
  • Process Notices to Vacate and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support onsite teams by handling resident inquiries and shared inbox requests
  • Assist with post move-out processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and resolve data discrepancies in internal systems
  • Collaborate with community teams to deliver a seamless resident experience
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or operations experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning new systems and handling data entry
  • Professional communicator (written and verbal)
  • Property management experience is a plus

  • Expected pay rate of $22-$23 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
