Your Role - Come Join Our Team!

In this role you will:

Responsible for billing and collecting invoices, posting cash, and responding to related customer inquiries.

Typical Functions:

• Creates and sends customer invoices.
• Collects on invoices and posts cash accordingly.
• Monitors at-risk accounts to ensure potential problems are accounted for.
• Reconciles and resolves customer claims and disputes and escalates problems as necessary.
• Manages delinquent customer accounts and portfolios.
• Produces and provides customer account reports to management.
• Communicates with customers and internal team on billing matters, as needed.
• Perform related audits or analyses, as needed.
• Other related duties or functions, as required.

Requirements

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

• At least 1 year of experience working with recurring/subscription revenue required. Experience working with SaaS products a plus.
• At least 1 year of billing experience required.
• Preferred 1 year of collections experience.
• Ability to think analytically and problem solve.
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience in multi-level verbal & written communication, ability to effectively communicate process/rules to internal & external customers.
• Effective decision-making and follow-through.
• Technical aptitude. Expert experience with Excel and ERP / CRM systems is required. Experience with Sage Intacct and Salesforce a plus.

Work Environment:

This position will be part of our Denver office. Candidates located outside of the Denver Metro Area will be reviewed and considered if necessary.

Compensation Package:
