Intellistack is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own post-sale relationships for a portfolio of customers in a fast-moving, customer-centric team. You will guide customers through best practices and new features to ensure maximum value from the Intellistack platform.
You will oversee onboarding, drive adoption, monitor health, and develop success plans while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Engineering. Travel periodically as needed for customer engagements and reviews.
