Join Our Team! We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers. This role supports customer inquiries, order processing, issue resolution, and coordination with warehouse and sales teams to help ensure a positive customer experience.

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and freight-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
• Assist Will-Call customers and support daily operations.
• Stay informed about company products and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Team player who is willing to help wherever needed.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to be trained on warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
