SU - Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving problems! You will be responsible for making customers happy! You will work remotely for a growing US-based business!

Our clients include service businesses, manufacturing companies, real estate companies, private equity firms, tech companies, e-commerce companies and more!

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
• Data entry in various platforms.
• Work US business hours.

• Sales experience and comfort.
• Typing at least 50 words per minute.
• 1-5 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management software.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• A second monitor and fast computer.
• Backup power by generator or battery.

We have a VERY strong demand among our clients for customer service representatives.

$ 2,500 - $ 5,000 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.

• Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
• Client has a desire for long-term commitment.
