Dental Experience Required We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join our team! Compensation$24-27/hour
ScheduleMonday 7:30-4:00, Tuesday 6:30-5:30, Wednesday 10:00-7:00, Thursday 6:30-4:00 and 2 Fridays/Month 6:30-2:00
Job responsibilities/duties- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Scheduling patient appointments efficiently
- Verifying insurance coverage for patients
- Collecting and managing patient balances accurately
- Overseeing patient health information securely
- Validating treatment plans' accuracy based on insurance benefits
- Ensuring a seamless patient experience throughout their visit from check in to check out
- Proficiency in dental patient management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a dental office
- Familiarity with dental terminology is highly preferred
