Start date or shifts: February 6 20 (Not Mondays);
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM;
Wednesday 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Daily schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with 1-hour unpaid lunch or as listed above
Practice setting: Outpatient Dental Clinic
Types of procedures: Cleanings, exams, restorative care, sealants
Number of patients: 25 30 per day
Ages: Pediatric patients 21 years and under
Requirements: Active Colorado dental license;
Medicaid at presentation preferred but acceptable if application is submitted before starting; minimum 2 years of pediatric dental experience
Additional information: 100% pediatric population. Solo provider model with 4 dental assistants, 2 expanded function dental assistants, and 1 clinical support provider. Credentialing typically completed within 1 2 weeks. Mileage reimbursement available for travel. Quick credentialing turnaround with a repeat client.
