Dental Hygienist

Registered Dental Hygienist | Part-Time or Full-Time | Golden Peak Dental | Fresh Grads Welcome

We're hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern, patient-focused practice. If you're a team-oriented RDH who loves providing high-quality care, strong patient education, and practicing to the full extent of your scope, then we want to meet you. This role is available as part-time or full-time: full-time candidates would support Golden Peak + one other local partner practice.

• $60–$65/hr depending on experience

• $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time | $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time

  • Schedule Options: 2–5 days/week (Mondays + Tuesdays 7:45am–5pm required)

• Monthly bonus program

• Active CO RDH license

• CPR/BLS certified

• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar

• Strong communication + teamwork

• Provide preventive and periodontal care

• Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions

• Build lasting patient relationships

• Use modern technology including DentalAI

• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
