Clinical Excellence. Real Earning Potential. Supported Practice Model.

We understand that Colorado hygienists value two things above all else: quality patient care and fair compensation.

This opportunity was designed both in mind. Our Colorado practices operate with a strong clinical leadership presence and a patient‑first philosophy. We are focused on providing comprehensive, ethical care while creating an environment where hygienists can thrive professionally and financially.

Compensation
  • Competitive hourly base rate
  • 30% of net production (paid when production exceeds base)
  • No cap on earnings
  • Additional product commissions
  • Sign‑on bonus (location dependent)
  • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays)
Collaborative Hygiene Workflow

We use a structured team‑based model designed to support, not rush, the hygienist.

  • Dedicated hygiene assistant assigned to you
  • Delegation of x-rays, room turnover, instrument processing, polishing and fluoride
  • Standard one‑hour appointments for most procedures
  • Extended time allowed for periodontal procedures as needed

The goal is simple:
You focus on assessment, scaling, diagnosis, and patient education — while your assistant supports workflow efficiency.

This model allows many of our hygienists to significantly increase their earning potential while maintaining high standards of care.

Responsibilities

Provide oral hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing, restorations, and application of preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants. Accurately chart a review of patient dental history and update as necessary, patient‘s periodontal health, record provided treatment, and handle patient records securely and in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide assistance as directed by the dentist. Administer local anesthetics, if allowed by dental practice act.
