Dental Hygienist - Full-Time

Location:

Denver, CO, US

Schedule
  • Monday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Tuesday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Friday-Sunday:
    Off
  • 32 hours per week
  • No nights or weekends
  • Full-hour appointments with patients; no accelerated hygiene schedule
Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join a well-established periodontal practice in Denver, CO. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity focused primarily on periodontal maintenance and scaling/root planing.

Previous experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care, work well with the dental team, and be interested in building a long-term career with the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive periodontal hygiene care.
  • Perform periodontal maintenance and scaling/root planing.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term periodontal health.
  • Build strong relationships with patients through compassionate care.
  • Partner with dentists to identify and communicate treatment needs.
  • Use digital technology and radiographs to support patient care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative workplace.
  • Follow clinical, safety, and infection-control protocols.
Qualifications
  • Current Dental Hygienist license.
  • Previous dental hygiene experience preferred, but not required.
  • Periodontal experience is a plus.
  • Experience with scaling/root planing and periodontal maintenance preferred.
  • Strong patient care and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered periodontal care.
