Dental Hygienist - Full-Time
Location:
Denver, CO, US
- Monday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Tuesday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday-Sunday:
Off - 32 hours per week
- No nights or weekends
- Full-hour appointments with patients; no accelerated hygiene schedule
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join a well-established periodontal practice in Denver, CO. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity focused primarily on periodontal maintenance and scaling/root planing.
Previous experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care, work well with the dental team, and be interested in building a long-term career with the practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive periodontal hygiene care.
- Perform periodontal maintenance and scaling/root planing.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term periodontal health.
- Build strong relationships with patients through compassionate care.
- Partner with dentists to identify and communicate treatment needs.
- Use digital technology and radiographs to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative workplace.
- Follow clinical, safety, and infection-control protocols.
- Current Dental Hygienist license.
- Previous dental hygiene experience preferred, but not required.
- Periodontal experience is a plus.
- Experience with scaling/root planing and periodontal maintenance preferred.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
