Dental Hygienist - Colorado Springs Location

Visiting Ancillary Services was founded in April 2010, as a 501(c)3 Non‑Profit Charity. We provide full‑service programs to over 130+ facilities. We deliver the finest outreach programs to residents, and we believe each resident should leave us with a smile and a happy demeanor.

A $1000 sign‑on bonus is being offered.

• Ensures residents feel as comfortable as possible before their examination.
• Sterilizes dental instruments properly.
• Conducts initial mouth screenings and checks oral health history.
• Identifies conditions like gingivitis, cavities, or periodontitis.
• Cleans and helps protect residents' teeth (e.g., remove plaque or apply fluoride).
• Educates residents of all ages on proper teeth care (by demonstrating, for example, good brushing techniques).
• Give instructions to residents after operations or other dental procedures.
• Assists dentists with selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases (including oral cancer).
• Maintains documentation and charts on each resident.

• Valid Colorado Dental Hygienist License.
• Proven experience as Dental Hygienist.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g., HIPAA).
• Outstanding communication skills.
  
  Travels to facilities daily.

Job Type: Full‑time.

Salary: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour.
