Our hiring salary range for this position is $187,967-$208,000 annually, depending on years of experience and years of licensure.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Function as the clinical and administrative leader for the oral health program.
• Provide clinical oversight and direction to all dental services, including primary, secondary and preventive dental care, and related functional areas.
• Ensures that the mission and goals of the organization are realized through the professional and effective delivery of oral health services.
• Position is 80% clinical and 20% administrative.
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  Experience:
  
  
• Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Colorado.
• D.D.S. or D.M.D., and good standing with dental board and dental associations.
• Federal DEA license.
• At least five years of post-graduate dental experience.
• Two to five years administrative and/or supervisory experience in community-based dental or oral health program preferred.
• Bilingual and/or proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Additional advanced degree in business, public health, healthcare administration or related field of study preferred.
• Comfortable with administering care to pediatric patients and patients with IDD.
• Experience working with mobile dental equipment.
