Lowry Main Street Dental is an established family dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time!

Who You Are:

  • Positive attitude and great communication skills
  • Dental experience is a must (1 year minimum)
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat

Schedule:

  • Monday 8:30am-6pm
  • Tuesday 7:30am-5pm
  • Wednesday 7:30am-4pm
  • Thursday 7:30am-4pm
  • Friday 7:30am-1pm

Compensation:$20-$28/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a
    welcoming and positive patient experience
  • Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
  • Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
  • Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
  • Review
    financing and payment options
    with patients at the time of service
  • Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently
  • Maintain a
    clean and organized
    front office and waiting area

Experience:

  • 1+ years of dental front office experience is required
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
