Dental Hygienist

$8,000 Sign‑on Bonus! North Washington Dental is located at 10001 Washington Street, Thornton, CO. We are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our growing, patient‑focused team.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will be recognized as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate. You will be an integral member of the patient care team, delivering comprehensive, preventative care and educating patients on oral health.

• Current dental hygienist license in Colorado
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification

• 1+ year of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and ongoing maintenance
• Experience meeting clinical needs as required by the office

• Ability to perform essential duties including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation; accommodations may be made for disabilities
• Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test before starting employment (except in FL & TN)
