We are seeking an Architectural Design Project Manager with experience in modular and off‑site construction to lead the design and coordination of prefabricated building projects from concept through fabrication and installation. This role bridges architectural design, team management, manufacturing constraints, and construction execution, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with modular production methods.
Key Responsibilities- Manage architectural design for modular and off‑site construction projects from schematic design through construction documents.
- Coordinate closely with internal structural, MEP, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are compatible with modular fabrication and transport constraints.
- Lead design schedules, deliverables, and consultant coordination.
- Translate design intent into modular‑friendly details, assemblies, and unitized systems.
- Review shop drawings and fabrication models for consistency with design intent and code requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the design team, factory, and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning requirements, and modular approval processes.
- Support value engineering and constructability reviews specific to off‑site construction methods.
- Maintain quality control of drawings, models, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 6+ years of architectural design and project management experience.
- Direct experience with modular, prefabricated, or off‑site construction projects preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Revit (required); experience with BIM coordination for fabrication strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of building systems, detailing, and construction documentation.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and managing multi‑disciplinary design teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Licensed Architect or on licensure track.
We are targeting a base salary of $70,000 to $90,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
