General Requirements- Manage client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.
- Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.
- Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Prepare strategic plans for project success.
- Coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned project.
- Manage multiple small/medium projects, coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, and estimate scope of work.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through a project’s conception to its completion.
- Perform design and detailing on architectural projects.
- Conduct and lead design meetings with clients and/or consultants through all project phases.
- Review documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines.
- Independently coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform QA/QC and technical reviews.
- Coordinate architectural specifications.
- Perform construction contract administration.
- Manage with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strive to achieve sDC processes and protocols.
Level 5: A person with a Level 5 skillset can say with confidence that they can successfully execute and teach the Technical Responsibilities for this position for the entirety of a project

- Professional degree in Architecture
- 8+ years’ experience
- Prior experience in a Project Architect/Project Management role
- Registered Architect preferred
- Highly proficient in use of Autodesk Revit (8+ years exp) and familiarity with software related to industry standards in modeling, and design
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience preparing architectural contract documents
