SALARY: $85K-$100K based on experience

The Living Stone Church is a young and growing church with a deep passion to see people encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, and live on mission every day. We are intentionally building a healthy culture, strong teams, and a sustainable pace of ministry that prioritizes spiritual and emotional health as well as long-term faithfulness to your callng.

We are entering a defining season in the life of our church — breaking ground this year on our permanent church home. The Worship Pastor will play a foundational role in shaping not only our worship culture, but how our future Worship Center looks, feels and functions for years to come. This is a rare opportunity to help architect the spiritual atmosphere of a growing church for the next generation.

Located in one of the most beautiful areas in the country, Erie and Northwest Denver offer exceptional quality of life and access to world-class outdoor recreation — Rocky Mountain National Park, snow skiing, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, camping, fishing, and more... This is a pastoral leadership position, not just a platform role.

You will:

• Lead and shape the worship ministry

• Pastor and develop worship and production teams

• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor for theological and visionary alignment

• Build healthy systems that support long-term growth

• Clearly called to worship and pastoral ministry

Experience:
5+ years leading worship preferred. Strong vocal leadership; guitar preferred.
