We are seeking a qualified interior designer with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in commercial interior design with passion for design and who will embrace our mission: “To design interior environments that inspire, support well‑being, and always surpass expectations.”

• Programming, conceptual/ schematic design, and design development packages.
• Research interior finish selections, develop finish palettes and create design presentations.
• Prepare interior construction document packages for bidding and permit.
• Furniture Specifications, Artwork Packages, Wayfinding & Signage Packages.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, outside consultants, vendors and product / furniture representatives.
• Construction administration services, which may include interior RFI’s, reviewing interior submittals, punch walks and record drawings.

• Experience level - 8+ years.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• Effective communication skills including active listening, verbal, and written communication.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and 3-D modeling capabilities.
• Experience with Sketch Up, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Outlook.
• NCIDQ certification required.
• AAHID, EDAC or LEED AP certification a plus
• Potential regional travel, up to 20%. Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• The ability to work both in our office and from home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Salary range is anticipated to be $82,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
