Key Responsibilities- Play a lead role in architectural design for commercial projects from schematic design through construction documents.
- Coordinate with internal structural, MEP, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet commercial building program requirements and are compatible with modular fabrication, transportation, and installation constraints.
- Manage design schedules, deliverables, and consultant coordination for multi-disciplinary commercial project teams.
- Review shop drawings and fabrication models for alignment with commercial design standards, constructability, and code compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, zoning requirements, accessibility standards, and modular approval processes for commercial projects.
- Support value engineering, constructability, and cost-efficiency reviews specific to off-site construction methods.
- Maintain quality control standards for drawings, models, and technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of architectural design and project management experience on commercial building projects.
- Experience with commercial or industrial projects preferred (not required).
- Proficiency in Revit required; experience with BIM coordination for commercial construction strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial building systems, detailing, and construction documentation.
- Proven experience coordinating consultants and managing multi-disciplinary design teams on commercial projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
We are targeting a base salary of $70,000 to $100,000, but it is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
