Treanor is seeking a Design Technology Manager to provide firmwide and project-level leadership in design technology, with a primary focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related digital workflows. The Design Technology Manager supports architectural staff through the effective use of tools, standards, and processes that improve project delivery, coordination, and quality.
This role works closely with architectural project teams and Technology leadership to support consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in how digital tools are applied across the firm. The position reports to the Director of Technology and is based in Treanor’s Kansas City or Denver office.
The ideal candidate brings a strong architectural or engineering background, deep project experience, and a practical understanding of how design technology supports real-world project delivery. They are service-oriented, technically confident, and comfortable balancing hands‑on project support with firmwide initiatives.

- Professional degree in Architecture or Engineering required.
- 10–15 years of experience working on architectural projects in a professional practice environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting BIM and digital workflows on active projects.
- Advanced working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro.
- Familiarity with Model Coordination workflows and cloud-based collaboration.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketch Up, and common visualization tools like Enscape and Twinmotion.
- Experience with Revit add‑ins and an interest in emerging AI‑based design technologies.
- Strong understanding of architectural project delivery, coordination, and documentation workflows.
Treanor offers a hybrid work model, with employees working in the office 3 days a week and allowing the flexibility to work somewhere other than the office 2 days a week.

Treanor is committed to equitable compensation practices. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, degree, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The anticipated salary range for candidates meeting the stated requirements is $90,000 – 115,000 and will vary by the states we operate in.
