Mid‑Level Interior Designer – Denver
Your Role:
Combine creativity and technical knowledge to deliver inspirationally beautiful interior spaces for clients. You will bring exceptional design skills, a background in interior architecture, and a portfolio of innovative design concepts.
- Design and deliver the interior aspects of projects, including programming client needs, space planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting.
- Provide design support and documentation to communicate design ideas from concept to completion, including three‑dimensional development, graphic presentation, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited program.
- NCIDQ Certification or Architecture licensure required.
- 5–8 years of professional experience, with commercial experience required; aviation, hospitality, multifamily residential, and/or workplace experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, and other modeling software programs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications.
- Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas (2D & 3D).
- Strong conceptual design skills and the ability to think three‑dimensionally with great attention to detail.
- Excitement to be an active participant in a vibrant design culture and a growth mindset.
Compensation based on experience with an estimated range of $75,000–$95,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits.

Location & RelocationThis is not a remote position. The successful candidate will be expected to live in or relocate to the Denver area upon acceptance.
