Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant provides luxury design and sales service to walk-in clientele in the gallery, assessing needs and offering curated solutions. They collaborate with the interior design team to manage projects and guide clients through all phases from initial contact through product delivery. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships while meeting fiscal and visual standards.

• Deliver a luxury client experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services and offerings
• Own the client experience from initial contact through product delivery and installation
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and achieve fiscal goals
• Support gallery visual and quality standards and represent the brand professionally
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to meet client needs

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred
• Background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
• People- and relationship-driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver on the gallery floor, and travel locally as needed
