Position Description
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who is a creative thinker and design leader. The role requires leading the team and executing projects at a high level from programming through project completion, combining design and technical expertise. Key responsibilities include creating project work plans for interior scope such as scope definition, staffing, budget analysis, client and consultant contracts, documentation of client goals and expectations, internal and consultant team management, fee proposals, additional services requests when appropriate, and monitoring project profitability.
Senior Interior Designers exhibit leadership both within and outside the organization to achieve project goals on behalf of clients, the firm, and staff. They serve as a resource to the team, regularly monitor progress, adjust plans as necessary, and mentor and develop junior staff. Experience in higher education and workplace environments is preferred.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or equivalent and ten (10+) years of interior design experience.
- NCIDQ certification preferred.
- Proficient in Revit Modeling.
- Knowledgeable of graphic programs such as Adobe Acrobat, Sketch‑up, InDesign, and Photoshop; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Salary range: $110,000‑$130,000, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
