Facility Designer I

PrimaryResponsibilities
- Facility programming, report writing, site master planning, and development of specifications and construction documents.
- Selection, coordination, and layout of various design aspects (industrial shop equipment, site flow, etc.).
- Using Building Information Modeling (BIM) to produce different levels of documents.
- Reviewing submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
- Conducting construction field observations.
- Other design/engineering tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, industrial design, or a related field.
- Command of Revit and AutoCAD, and knowledge of Sketch Up.
- Command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project).
- Working knowledge of LOD 300 requirements.
- Experience in industrial design, facility planning, equipment layout, or workflow analysis; entry‑level candidates with a 4‑year degree and strong BIM skills will also be considered.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective interaction and presentation skills with clients.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
(Stated benefits are for full‑time regular positions. Temporary and part‑time roles may be eligible for limited benefits.) Colorado: $61,523.00 - $87,890.00.
