Revit CADD Designer

About the Role

Stanley Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Revit Designer to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO (Centennial) or Muscatine, IA. This hybrid position focuses on developing detailed building models using Revit and collaborating across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

• Lead the creation and refinement of complex 3D Revit models for architectural and engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project standards and client specifications
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop coordinated design documents and construction drawings
• Prepare detailed production drawings, schematics, and models
• Utilize Bluebeam for markup review and collaboration on PDF documents to facilitate seamless communication among project stakeholders
• Apply drafting best practices in CAD environments to produce clear, comprehensive 2D drawings and annotations
• Support project teams during construction phases by providing detailed models and resolving design conflicts efficiently

• Proven experience as a Revit Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing complex BIM projects
• Extensive proficiency in Revit software for building modeling and documentation; familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks highly desirable
• Knowledge of schematic development, drafting standards, system design principles, and construction processes
• Experience with Bluebeam for PDF markup; familiarity with 2D animation or graphic design a plus
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
