Royal Construction Project is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect specializing in sketching and blueprint development. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to design, draft, and refine building concepts for high-profile construction initiatives. The role requires a creative thinker with a strong technical background and proficiency in architectural drawing tools.
Key Responsibilities- Develop accurate architectural sketches and comprehensive blueprints for construction projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform conceptual ideas into feasible designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Review and revise drawing sets to reflect changes and improvements as directed.
- Present drafts and design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback accordingly.
- Prepare documentation for permit applications and construction approvals.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advances in architectural technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural sketching and blueprint development.
- Proficient with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), and traditional drawing methods.
- Solid understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Experience with large-scale or high-profile construction projects.
- Proficiency with 3D rendering software (e.g., Sketch Up, Rhino).
