We are seeking an Entry-Level Interior Designer who is energized by the details that turn a strong concept into a coordinated, buildable environment. What You'll Contribute- Revit model development and documentation from design development through construction administration.

- You communicate progress, questions, and risks early and reliably.
- You take ownership of defined project components with appropriate oversight.
- You are building the technical foundation for long-term growth in healthcare design.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Enjoys learning technical tools, standards, and construction details.
- Is organized, precise, dependable, and attentive to inconsistencies.
- Investigates problems and asks focused, thoughtful questions.
- Values direct feedback and uses it to improve quickly.
- Takes pride in producing accurate, well-organized work.
- Wants meaningful contribution, visible growth, and increasing responsibility.

- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Strong graphic presentation skills and the ability to communicate design ideas clearly.
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, visual communication, and at least one technical documentation or Revit example.
- Occasional local travel to client and construction sites.
