Design Project Manager – Lead Architecture and Construction Design-to-Build

You will serve as the vital link between conceptual vision and physical execution, owning the design-to-construction process for high-end luxury projects. This role empowers you to utilize cutting-edge visualization tools to guide clients and construction teams through complex industrial and residential builds.

Developed conceptual layouts and 3D walkthroughs to translate client visions into functional, buildable plans. Produced high-quality interior and exterior renderings using Revit and Twinmotion to facilitate rapid client approvals. Translated complex design intent into detailed shop drawings and installation-ready documentation for field teams. Coordinated daily with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design integrity throughout the construction phase. Guided clients through the selection of materials, finishes, and spatial simulations to maintain project budgets and timelines.

Resolved on-site design clarifications and managed change orders to prevent delays during active construction sequencing.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, 3D visualization, or construction design coordination. Proven proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Twinmotion for professional project delivery. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering plans. Extensive experience producing detailed shop drawings, millwork plans, and structural coordination documents. Strong background in construction methods, materials, and field-based design support.

Experience using Lumion, Enscape, Rhino, or Blender for advanced visual simulations. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and specialized BIM coordination tools. Previous experience in a client-facing role managing high-end residential or industrial project presentations.
