Bring your architectural expertise to a hybrid opportunity supporting a large utility environment with office locations in Minneapolis, MN and Denver, CO. This Project Architect role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful work, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support projects that may include some travel.
Responsibilities- Lead architectural efforts for assigned projects from early planning through execution and delivery.
- Develop and review design solutions that align with project goals, technical requirements, and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to support project coordination and decision-making.
- Help manage project details, documentation, and deliverables to keep work moving forward smoothly.
- Participate in meetings and provide input on design, scope, and implementation considerations.
- Support occasional travel as needed for project-related activities.
- Contribute to a hybrid work model with regular in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday.
- Experience in architecture, with the ability to contribute to complex project work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities, follow through on tasks, and support project timelines.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen upon offer.
- Experience supporting projects within a utility, industrial, or similar environment.
- Familiarity with coordinating across multiple locations or stakeholder groups.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and contribute to solution-oriented discussions.
- Experience with office-based hybrid work models.

The pay range for this role is $90 - $128 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
