Altra is seeking a Color Designer I in Footwear to support seasonal color work across our footwear line. You will create color palettes, CADs, and tech packs while partnering with Design, Product, Merchandising, and Development teams. Reports to the Senior Manager, Color, Graphics and Material Design.
The role emphasizes translating brand language into color executions, researching trends, and contributing to seasonal presentations with a strong focus on collaboration and timely task delivery.
