ONE Aurora is seeking a highly skilled, fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our premier employed medical staff. This is a high-volume opportunity at a Level II Trauma Center serving the rapidly growing Denver metropolitan area. You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to clinical excellence, surgical innovation, and superior patient outcomes in a fast-paced trauma environment.
As an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon at HCA Health
ONE Aurora, you will manage a complex case mix including acute fractures, polytrauma, malunions, and nonunions. You will be supported by a sophisticated infrastructure across our four-campus system, ensuring seamless care from the ER to rehabilitation.
- Location: Aurora/Denver, CO
- Job Type: Full-Time, Employed
- Setting: Level II Trauma Center
- Call Profile: Shared trauma call with potential for additional administrative stipends.
- Education: Medical Degree (MD or DO).
- Training: Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a Fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery.
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Experience: 2–3 years of post-fellowship practice experience is strongly preferred.
- Qualities: Proven team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to evidence-based trauma care.
- Visa Sponsorship: Not available (No J-1 or H-1B).

- Salary Estimate: $450,000 – $650,000 / year (Actual salary based on experience, skills, and geography).
