Job Summary:

Private practice Altitude Family and Internal Medicine, in coordination with HCA Health

ONE Swedish, is seeking an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join their established, independently owned practice with multiple sites in metro Denver

Qualified Candidates:

• Board eligible or board certified in internal medicine or family medicine
• Broad interest within primary care with an emphasis on quality and wellness
• Early to mid-2026 start date is ideal; experienced physicians and upcoming graduates will be considered

Incentive/Benefits Package:

• 40 hr. 4-day work week
• Phone call is shared 1:5, minimal call volume
• Partnership track opportunity
• When applicable, may be eligible for additional compensation if engaged to provide call coverage services and/or administrative services.
• In some circumstances, a minimum base guarantee, sign on/commencement, educational reimbursement, quality incentive, and/or relocation bonuses may be contemplated. Bonuses are awarded in exceptional circumstances only.

Applicable to production-based provider roles only, the anticipated professional production including both quantity and/or quality may also play a role.
