- Supporting state-level medical leadership to ensure clinic performance goals are achieved
- Helping drive patient satisfaction and operational consistency
You’ll work alongside a strong clinic team that includes APPs, physicians, medical assistants, X-ray techs, physical therapists and PTAs, front office staff, and a Practice Manager.
We’re open to experienced leaders as well as physicians who are ready for their first formal leadership role. What matters most is long-term commitment and a genuine interest in building stability within the clinic and team.
Qualifications:

- FMCSA certification for DOT exams, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Colorado DOWC Level I & II accreditation strongly preferred (required within 6 months; certification expenses covered)
- Two years of Occupational Medicine experience highly preferred
- We will also consider physicians with strong workers’ compensation experience in urgent care, family medicine, emergency medicine, sports medicine, or internal medicine settings
- 30-minute Teams interview with the State Medical Director
