• Services include OB, Main OR, and Cardiac.
• OB services 24 hours/7 days per week – staffed with 1 MD and 1 CRNA; MD works collaboratively with CRNA and may be called to assist in the main OR if needed; OB clinician is expected to help in the main OR at night and weekends if a second emergency case occurs for the second room.
• Main OR shifts – Monday – Friday (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) and (7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) and remote call (5:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.), Saturday and Sunday 24-hour remote call; if called in, will work cases.
• The main OR anesthesiologist will supervise CRNAs (max
  1).
• Cases: ENT, GYN, Ortho, neuro, vascular, Cath lab, GI, interventional cardiology-EP, bariatric surgery, general surgery, breast surgery. The facility is Level 4 trauma, but serves as a tertiary referral center for vascular cases.
• Cardiac shifts – Monday – Friday (7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) and (7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) with remote call (5:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.), Saturday – Sunday 24‑hour remote call, rare call back.
• EPIC EMR – Hospital and OR suites.
