About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated
and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician
to join our patient-centered team in Denver, CO. As part of a certified Level
II Trauma Center and integrated network, you will work alongside care coordinators,
behavioral health specialists, educators, and medical specialists to deliver
high-quality, comprehensive care. Our model emphasizes a team-based approach to
managing chronic conditions, treating acute illnesses, and delivering
preventive services including routine health screenings and vaccinations.

Position Highlights

Full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine

Team-based care model with embedded
clinical and administrative support

4-day work week

30-minute appointment slots

No nights or weekends

Shared clinic call only

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S.
medical school

Completion of an accredited Family
Medicine residency program

Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Family Medicine

Minimum of 5+ years of clinical
experience preferred

Active Colorado medical license or
ability to obtain

DEA certification in good standing or
ability to obtain

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary:
$240,000–$260,000 annually
