. We have a manageable Level III NICU — a place where you’ll care for a balanced mix of patients without the high‑volume burnout.
Hospital-employed pediatricians handle routine newborn care
, allowing you to focus on what you do best. Whether you’re looking for a full‑time role or part‑time flexibility, we invite you to consider joining our team.

• ~2 weeks/month alternating between primary and backup neonatologist roles
• Primary neonatologist
  • In‑house daytime coverage (8 a.m. – 4 p.m.) of primary patients and supervision of half of NNP patients
  • At‑home backup for in‑house NNP overnight
