- Thrive in a team-oriented environment with an experienced provider and clinical staff.
- Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule with a 1:16 shared phone call rotation. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
- Provide care for patients in a small family clinic our patients love. Our providers see a good mix of chronic and acute patients across the lifespan. Basic in office procedures performed in clinic, based on provider comfort level and preference.
- In addition to a full range of family medicine services, clinical staff at Granite Falls Family Medicine offer laboratory services for patients. Specimens are collected at the clinic and processed at the Cascade Valley Hospital on-site laboratory, returning results quickly.
- This is a hospital-employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
- Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!
- Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
- 2-3 years of experience preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
- Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first week of employment.
- The ideal candidate will place a priority on improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.
- Guaranteed first year salary: $313,924
