POSITION: School Year Middle and High School Teachers Positions (Any Subject Area)

LOCATION:

SALARY: $60,000-$82,000 based on years of aligned experience up to 10 years. We also offer a relocation stipend if you are moving from a location greater than 75 miles from Denver!
STATUS:
Full time school year, benefits eligible, exempt, in-person position
START:

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree (Any Area)

- Proven commitment to and experience with serving students of color, students with disabilities, and/or multilingual students
Roles & Responsibilities
- Using data to analyze and drive their daily practice.
- Taking personal accountability for their impact to improve the minds, outcomes and lives of youth, and are reflective of their practice in order to be responsive to their students.
- Creating learning environments to support youth in owning their learning & academic success.
- Modeling and maintaining high expectations for all learners
- Identifying personal strengths that will support the school’s core values, guiding philosophy, expectations, and school spirit.
- Engage in feedback sessions with an instructional coach.
- Seek out and request opportunities for growth and continuous self-improvement in teaching, both in and out of the classroom.
- Willingness to engage in constructive dialogue with students, colleagues, and school administration.
- Actively support and participate in the school’s professional development programs
- Support the school’s core values and policies inside and outside the classroom with colleagues, students, parents, and the larger community.
- Additional duties as assigned such as supporting student recruitment, running a small group advisory class, after school tutoring, etc. See many of our possible duties here.
