AB Staffing is seeking an experienced School Psychologist for the 2024/2025 school year.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Special Services Provider license from the Colorado Department of Education with a School Psychologist or School Social Worker endorsement.
• Graduate Degree (M.A., Ed.S., M.S., Ed., Ph.D., Ed.D., or Psy.
  
  D.) in psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations; experience in school and/or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, stand or sit for extended periods, and perform physical activities such as lifting up to 40 pounds.

Job Description:

Caseload and classroom types vary based on school location. Recruitment specialists will discuss details upon application to match your experience and skills. The contract runs through the 2024/2025 school year, approximately 35-40 hours per week, following the academic calendar.

Essential Functions:

• Provide evaluation, consultation, and counseling services within the school setting for initial assessments and reevaluations of children in special education programs.
• Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and lead multidisciplinary teams in identifying students with intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, and emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Communicate assessment results and recommendations verbally and in written reports.
• Participate in eligibility and program decisions to meet students' needs.
• Engage in professional development activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Salary:

Range from $70-$80/hr., depending on experience and qualifications, equating to approximately $2,450-$2,800/week DOE.
