The Generation Teach Leadership Residency is a multi-month, national leadership development experience. In every Residency session, we develop skills and practice scenarios to co-create loving communities where students, teachers, and leaders learn, grow, and develop. During the Residency, you will grow your skills in:

Leadership Residency Roles:Academic Coach
- What you’ll do:
Co-lead the morning academic program by coaching a small group of teaching fellows, observing instruction, and offering daily feedback that strengthens their skills and confidence. - Practicum
Schedule:
8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. during the leadership practicum. - Compensation:
Up to $2,500 for successfully completing all required training and residency components. Compensation is based on participation and completion of the full program.
- What you’ll do:
Lead site operations, support positive student culture, coordinate family communication, and help manage daily systems such as setup, meals, attendance, transitions, arrival, dismissal, and events. - Dean of Instruction: 7:30 a.m.
- 4:00 p.m. - Dean of Operations: 7:45 a.m.
- 4:15 p.m. - Dean of Student Success: 8:15 a.m.
- 4:45 p.m. - These roles also includes participation in two summer evening events.
- Compensation:
Up to $5,121 for successfully completing all required training and residency components. Compensation is based on participation and completion of the full program.

Candidate Requirements- Experience: Most successful candidates have at least 3 years of professional experience in teaching or coaching.
- Commitment: Must be available for the duration of the residency, including weekly virtual sessions and a 6-week in-person summer practicum.

Strong background in instructional leadership, people management, and community engagement.
