The Foundations CurriculumYou will guide students through the critical "building blocks" required for any medical specialty:
- Medical Science Mastery:
Leading deep dives into Anatomy, Physiology, and the "language of medicine" (Medical Terminology). - The Success Mindset:
Teaching the study habits, math fundamentals, and computer literacy that ensure students don't just start, but graduate. - Life‑Saving
Skills:
Certifying students in CPR and First Aid—skills you already use every day.
- Instructional Delivery:
Deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to various learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic). - Student Mentorship:
Advise students on academic progress and professional conduct during regular office hours. - Evaluation:
Grade coursework and assessments within a 72‑hour window to provide timely feedback. - Curriculum Development:
Contribute to the evolution of course materials, syllabi, and classroom handouts. - Professional Engagement:
Participate in faculty meetings, advisory boards, and campus graduations.

You love medical science and enjoy staying current on terminology and healthcare trends. - An Engaging Speaker:
You can take a complex topic—like the cardiovascular system—and explain it so a first‑semester student truly understands it. - Meticulous:
You understand that grading and attendance tracking are the "documentation" of the education world.
- Clinical
Experience:
At least three (3) years of practical work experience in a medical setting. - Education:
Graduation from an accredited medical program (MA, Nursing, Allied Health, Dental, etc.) OR an additional 3 years of related occupational experience. - Subject Mastery:
Strong, demonstrated knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology. - Technical Literacy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint essential) and Google Workspace.
- Hourly Pay: $23.73 – $29.66 per hour.
