Responsibilities- Provide EdS school psychology students consultation on cases and their written reports
- Provide support scheduling cohort groups for fall and winter quarters
- Contacting families and coordinating schedules
- Assisting families with filling out all paperwork for clinic staff
- Updating/revising paperwork as needed
- Maintaining waitlist rotating families into scheduled times
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally orally and in writing.
- Ability to use Lyssn.
- Ability to greet families and help them to feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Ability to be highly organized.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, specifically).
- Clinic skills when talking and working with parents/families.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced skills in consultation
- Current PhD student with advanced training in psychological assessment as well as advanced training in educational law (IDEA).
- Having completed CFSP 4351
- Experience in customer service.
- Background in school psychology.
- Unexpected interruptions often occur, and stress level is moderate to high.
- Noise level is quiet to moderate.
- Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period.
- Occasionally required to move about the office/campus
- Capability of transporting objects up to 20 lbs.
- Available on Fridays and Saturdays beginning June 1 – August 31.
