SY Special Education Teacher - Colorado Springs

Position: 26/27 SY Special Education Teacher - Colorado Springs - $55/hr
The Special Education Teacher, under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator provides quality services to special education students, kindergarten through grade 12. The Special Education Teacher has a commitment to team participation in planning and implementation of student programs including special instruction, tutorial assistance and consultation with general education staff.
This contract is located in Southern Colorado Springs and will last through the entirety of the 26/27 school year. The contract pays $55/ hour for 37.5 hours locally and $2,306.00/ week with stipends for travelers. Full benefits offered as well.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred  Valid state teaching certificate as required by state, contract/district regulations  Minimum of one year experience in teaching environment preferred  State Teacher Certification;
