• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field
• BA or higher in a related field that includes 18 credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education that includes 18 semester hours of courses directly related to young children birth to age 8
• At least 1 year of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years of age
• Completed or currently taking ECE 101 and ECE 103 or 111 or Level Two trainings on PDIS
